In addition to selling our home in 2025 as we retired and moved out of the area, Marion helped us buy this house and sell our previous house in 2017. She has a keen knowledge of the local market and made beneficial suggestions for improvements and staging that would help us sell the house more quickly and for a higher price. She suggest a few improvements for this sale; more for our sale in 2017. For this sale, we put the house on the market on Friday, Marion had a well attended open house on Saturday, and we had an offer above our asking price on Sunday without contingencies.
